My Bio

I've come across this site a few times, but never thought of joining previously because I didn't know it had a writing/journal section. I plan on giving it a shot and hopefully I like the format and experience enough to keep up with posting my material here.

For the most part I tend to write poems, some of which also double as lyrics. I've written on a continual basis since I was 13 (I'm 35 now) and feel I've improved quite a bit over the years.

Aside from poetry I have also written football articles in the past which have been published. I'm currently taking a break from that though and thinking I may attempt to write articles on other subjects that tend to interest me. I love the research that goes into putting a good article together.

If I come to really love this site I may look into doing visual artwork as opposed to the written pieces I intend to share (I did oil paintings when I was younger and loved to draw; maybe I'll get back into it again).
